Tom Weaver - Chef

I grew up in the restaurant business. I love it. I get to meet new people every day and see and engage with our beloved regulars too. Owning my own restaurant has always been my dream. Luckily, I have 2 ladies in my life who helped make this happen. Evelyn Groves, my belated Grandmother and my wife and best friend, Brandi Weaver. They always believed in my dreams. They encouraged and pushed me to open a restaurant our guests choose to patronize. 

I get to celebrate special occasions with my guests. Birthdays, anniversaries, life milestones, and more. What I appreciate most are celebrations of life. I sincerely appreciate guests who choose Green Street to celebrate these very special occasions with us and will always do my best to make them feel special each and every time.

If I had to categorize my cooking style, I would choose "great food". I love to cook and take chances on anything delicious. I will always try to make the best dish I can. My vision is to serve great, quality food at a decent price point. 

We fell in love with Green Street.  The guests make it what it has become today, "The Local Cheers Bar!"  We are honored to be able to serve our community and look forward to bringing you our house specialities, while keeping the food you have come to know and love.
